Asset Management is a multi-functional role where we focus on helping the client achieve their objective. From the macro thoughts process to detailing the same in a plan and thereafter getting on the ground and implementing the plan, we lead all parts of the initiative.
Under this segment we cover:

• Stakeholder representation for Landowners, Investors, and Lenders and meeting objectives set by them in their projects.
• Working across all functions such as MIS Planning, Sales & Marketing, Budgeting, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Financing, and Taxation.

We currently undertake asset management across multiple projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region with a cumulative area of over 15 million square feet.
