Haryana notifies rules for fourth floor addition

Haryana's department of town and country planning has issued guidelines on registration of 4th floor in HSVP and licensed colonies across the state.

NGT terms Aravali land 'deemed forest'

NGT has termed 52 acres of Aravali land in Faridabad's Sarai Khwaja, where more than 6,000 trees were allegedly cut in June 2017 for a real estate project, a 'deemed forest' despite both the Haryana government and the Union environment ministry arguing conservation laws didn't apply there as it was not forested land.

Mumbai development body offers three BKC plots on lease for Rs 3,000 crore

MMRDA has put up 3 plots for lease in BKC. The plots are of 12,486 sqm (65,000 sqm built-up area), 3,000 sqm (12,000 sqm) and 2,961 sqm (12,000 sqm). The reserve price is set at Rs 3.4 lakh per sqm of built-up area. MMRDA hopes to earn around Rs 3,000 crore from the auction.
