L&T Realty eyes Rs 3,200 crore revenue from Navi Mumbai project

Diversified group Larsen & Toubro's real estate arm L&T Realty is eyeing revenues of Rs 3,200 crore from an upcoming project in the satellite city of Navi Mumbai. The 10-acre parcel, the first transit-oriented development in India coming up near the Seawoods Darave railway station, has a development potential of 1.5 million sqft and will be developed in a phased manner.

Show list of builders with escrow a/cs: Buyers to Rera 

Homebuyers on Tuesday submitted a letter to the Greater Noid Authority and the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP-Rera), asking them to make public the names of builders who have opened escrow accounts with the money deposited by investors.
