Realty developer Runwal Group is set to pick up 9,400 sq ft office space in commercial building Runwal & Omkar Esquare in central Mumbai’s Sion locality on a long-term lease from Omkar Realtors & Developers.

Government approves construction of 1.23 lakh houses under PMAY-U.

The government has approved the construction of 1.23 lakh houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban), taking the total number of houses sanctioned under the scheme to over 90 lakh.

SAT allows Hotel Leela's asset sale to Brookfield.

In a major relief for Hotel Leela, SAT rejected ITC application challenging Sebi's order. The SAT also vacated it's interim order barring Hotel Leela to declare ballot result. ITC is now seeking to challenge the SAT ruling in the Supreme Court.

EOW summons HDIL's managing director over 'loan misappropriation'.

Sarang Wadhawan, vice-chairman and managing director (MD), Housing Development and Infrastructure (HDIL), was summoned on Tuesday by the Mumbai Police to join a preliminary enquiry (PE) into alleged loan misappropriation and unauthorised sale of units.
