Lodha looks to raise Rs 1,500 crore from two commercial assets in Mumbai
Lodha Xperia Mall in Palava City, the company’s integrated township near Mumbai, is one of the two assets identified by the company for monetisation, while the other will be from its underconstruction commercial portfolio of around 9 million sq ft at locations including Thane, Lower Parel, Prabhadevi and Andheri.

About 1.5 lakh illegal structures in Ulhasnagar put on notice
With Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation (UMC) staring at contempt of court proceedings for not razing unauthorised buildings as directed by the Bombay high court, the civic body has started issuing notices to occupants of 1.5 lakh illegal structures, including flats, shops and chawls, to vacate or get them regularised by January 16, 2020 or face demolition.

JLL facilitates sale of prime 8 acre land in Pune to Singapore based Mapletree
The transaction marks the entry of Mapletree into Pune office market JLL India has facilitated the entry of Mapletree, a Singapore-based real estate developer, in Pune through a mega land deal in the city. Mapletree has acquired a prime 8 acre land parcel for INR 170 crore from Ajanta Enterprise, an SPV held 50% by Vascon Engineers.
