Home buyers in soup as DHFL takes over Maple Tower in Pune

Shri Tirupati Housing was developing a project 'Maple Tower' in Pune. The developer promised possession in 2016, but the developer stopped the construction work in 2015. The DHFL served a notice informing that property was mortgaged & since the loan was not paid by the builder, they will be taking possession of structure.

Maitree Developers returns plot it had usurped to MHADA

Maitree Developers has withdrawn from both Bombay HC & City Civil Court his petitions staking claim to the 4 acres of land in Kalina, which is valued at Rs. 500 cr. Mhada has informed the developer that it will take possession of the land on Nov 28.

Nandraj Developers had promised possession of Royal Residency on or before March 31, 2014 but till date complainant has not received the possession. The project is almost completed, the developer has applied for OC & the possession will be handed over by Jan 31, 2018. If the developer fails to give the possession than he is liable to pay interest to the complainant from Feb 1, 2018 till actual possession.
