M Pallonji buys Turner Morrison building in Kala Ghoda for Rs 150 crore

The century-old building was sold by the Kolkata-based company Turner Morrison for about Rs 150 crore.The ground plus four storey building has total area of 54,000 sq ft built-up space.

Sikka group raises Rs.150 cr from NBFC to complete Noida housing project.

The Delhi-based Sikka group said that the fund has been raised in the form of debt and the same will be utilised to complete its housing project Sikka Kaamna Greens, comprising 13 towers and 1850 units, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. 


Anant Raj, Birla Estate tie up for Gurugram project.

The company said that a joint venture has been formed with Birla Estate, a real estate arm of Century Textiles and Industries to develop two residential projects on 73 acres of land in Gurugram.
